are your top three goals to achieve in year 2002 at
CrystalTech? We
provide an exceptional service, our goal is to simply
maintain that standard in every area of our company.
Sometimes, it is more difficult to maintain a high level of
service and expectations from our customers than anything
else, especially during periods of high growth. Maintaining
a 75% referral rate has allowed CrystalTech to fund multi
million dollar projects (IE: the Control Center / Data
Centers) with no outside funding. Money that would be
required for advertising has been used to better the company
which in turn increased its customer satisfaction and
continues our growth. Improving service and support means;
increased tools, continue to provide the most powerful and
user friendly control center in the hosting industry,
provide public forums for customers to communicate freely,
provide archives of articles with video help to walk
customers through difficult tasks and much, much more.
Doing each of these well, makes supporting customers through
e-mail and toll-free phone support something we can offer
within minutes instead of hours or days.

do you create awareness of, or market, your hosting
services? We
have never marketed CrystalTech. This is something we will
be doing, not to increase growth, but to brand CrystalTech
Web Hosting Inc. CrystalTech has grown 150% per year,
10% to 15% per month and nearly 18% in January 2002!
75% of this unbelievable growth is from referrals which we
believe demonstrates our unparalleled service and support.
The additional 25% is from articles and interviews about CT,
partnerships that CT has made in the industry and also all
the different resources on the Internet like News
Groups/Forums/Search Engines where CT provides expert
answers/opinions to help others in the industry move
forward.

does a prospective customer take full control of his/her
dedicated server? CrystalTech
believes a site should be sent out / provisioned within
hours, and should be completely functional unlike other
hosts who deliver FTP and later provision mail/stats/dns
etc. Once CT customers receive their information, they
can maintain every aspect of their site inside the Control
Center. Tools like Visual Studio, FrontPage, Cold
Fusion and many other tools can be used to maintain the site
as well.
