Strength
The business model around IMINbudget would have
to be its main strength. Not only do we provide excellent
service and support at an extremely affordable rate, but we
thrive while doing so. We have watched many budget hosting
services, over the past year or so, go under, due to lack of
customer support or because the host was just offering
something they shouldn't have for that price. Our prices are
very reasonable, and the features included are as well. This
balance, is what I would consider our main strength. Another
strength is the fact that we listen to our users' feedback in
regard to the service we provide. If there is something
that we need to change, we change it. We approach our
customers with a happy & appreciative attitude at all

Our company was founded by 2 individuals, one an IT major
& and the other a specialist in Interactive Multimedia
& Business Management. The company started out by
offering their services to local businesses and word of
mouth quickly helped in gaining popularity. We continue to
provide an affordable yet robust service that thrives even

describe a few top-notch hosting features that IMINbudget is
providing for its clients.
Our web site was designed by our strategic partner
Compendium Design, Inc. It was developed to be easy to
navigate & fast loading. Our objectives are simple. We
plan to continue providing budget hosting, while remaining a
leader in customer service. We consider word-of-mouth
through our customers to be our most effective advertising
tool and will do what is necessary to keep that aspect of
our business thriving.

will be the key skills that IMINbudget will have to develop
and retain to ensure success in the web hosting market?
First of all, our budget servers are running Cobalt RaQ4i
Linux® RedHat based Operating Systems. Linux® has been
recognized as a leader in the hosting market. We are able to
provide users with mySQL, php, cgi, sub-domains, live
customer support via Live Helper & online support
ticket. We have emergency 24-7 staff available to our
customers. These are the most requested features we have
available to our customers.

you formed alliances with other vendors to penetrate new
markets and gain competitive advantage? We
have formed a strategic alliance with Compendium Design,
Inc. A well known design firm located in Ontario, Canada.
They service such clients as Toshiba Canada, Microsoft®
Canada, Bose, and many other well known corporations. This
partnership allows us to focus on what we do best, which is
hosting, rather than development. We know our customers are
in good hands with Compendium.

| Which
hosting features do your customers find most useful? Our
customers appreciate our easy to use control panel. It has
added features that most RaQ hosts do not have, such as the
ability to add and remove subdomains & mySQL. Through
user feedback, we have learned that customers find tools
such as phpMyAdmin. Most commonly used features would be
mySQL & php.

| Can
you please share with us your vision of IMINbudget in the
year 2003? In
2003 we see the IMINbudget continuing to thrive as market
conditions are expected to pick up in mid 2002. Even though
we do not rely on this, it helps. Our focus on helping local
businesses develop their web presence will help spread word
especially considering the fact that we are extremely competitively
priced for an Australian based business.
