As you go from service provider to service provider, you

see the same technology as the best of the best use the

However, we believe the top notch hosting features we have
to offer are our people and how we treat our customers.
Email during normal business hours is answered within an
average of 15-minutes. Customers calling by phone
within
normal business hours get a human being on the other end
99% of the time (we've expanded the number of voice lines
three times in two years to ensure customers get a person).
After hour, "human" support is available by pager
and email.
All calls are returned promptly.

| First, tell us a bit about yourself. How long have you been with
Dynamic Net, what are your responsibilities?
I'm the founder, President, AND CEO of Dynamic Net, Inc.
I've been
with the company since June 1, 1995. In the beginning it
was just me, myself, and I; but, over the years we have added
technicians, sales, and service, a controller, CFO, and accounting clerk to meet
the needs of our clients. As our CFO rises to take more and more of the day to day
operations responsibility, my job takes me more into the
visionary role where the goal is to see as far out into the Internet
future as it impacts our customers and future customers; and, to
take
what ever steps are necessary to be always there for our clients.

| How does a prospective customer
take full control of his dedicated server?
Dynamic Net provides managed and unmanaged dedicated
servers. Clients of either service receive instructions including
connection and login information to take full control of their servers
or servers. Managed clients rarely need this information as we take care
of their every management need from operating system and
application software updates to monitoring for down time, to
taking and noting what corrective measures where taken to
get a down system back up.

Internet needs in a personal way that looks to their needs
will sign up for our services and become a customer.

| What hosting features do your customers find most useful?
In terms of technology, our web-based email is the most
useful and
most used feature we offer to our customers.
In terms of service, the ability to have their needs met
with no
finger pointing as quickly as possible and within their
budget.

are the future focus areas for the company?
We are constantly striving to look out three months to two
years
as to where the Internet is heading especially in those
areas
that impact small to medium businesses. With that in mind we are focusing on managed services
including
managed security along with various technologies which allow
small to medium business owners more peace of mind with a
greater return on their investment.
