Hostway's state-of-the-art operations center is equipped with advanced systems from Cisco to ensure reliability and security.  Our customers can be sure that their site is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Hostway offers both Unix® and Windows® hosting plans, and each customer benefits from a selection of site management tools that allows for unlimited access and control of the web 24x7.  These tools include SiteControl, a web-based control panel allowing complete account management, Microsoft® FrontPage extensions, Detailed web site Statistics (Analog web stats), Referrer logs, Raw log files, SiteStudio, a browser-based web site building tool.  Hostway's managed service for dedicated servers builds the server and provides all the associated services, including full system administration, performance and security for the server, firewall network security, complete web server configuration and Hostway's proprietary SiteControl control panel.  Hostway offers a high level of support through the Advantage line of servers, which supports both Linux® and Windows® platforms.  Hostway also offers a tiered, flexible choice of three reseller models to choose from, depending on a reseller's desired level of involvement.  More than 2,500 web designers and other value-added resellers take part in the Hostway's Reseller programs, including, our Affiliate, Agent and Private Label programs.

Hostway has taken a very conservative approach to company growth.  Our first expansion was the opening of a branch office in Seoul, Korea, in September of 2000.  This development allowed us to continue customizing our service offerings and increase our customer base in a very important market. Also to provide local customization, backed by worldwide experience and leadership.  The objective of Hostway's Korea operation was to bring the expertise we have gained as a leader in the worldwide hosting business to the Korean market.  The same can also be said for our expansion in the United Kingdom.  With London-based Iarna.com joining Hostway, the experience and capabilities of Iarna's team is a valuable addition to the Hostway team in both Chicago and Korea.  As we now have critical hosting capabilities strategically located on 3 continents, North America, Asia, and Europe, we can leverage these capabilities and move forward together as a single global company that few others can match, by maximizing our efficiency and serving our customers in the best possible ways.
