Our philosophy is
simple, we strive to deliver proven managed Internet
services that our customers want and need. What makes us
different is our approach. We recognize that there is no
"Silver Bullet" and that each customer's hosting
solution will be unique. We also recognize that it is
impossible for any one Service Provider to effectively
deliver the range of services that infraHOST Provides.
Therefore, we have developed technology and service
partnerships with niche Service Providers who have the best
product, not the greatest market share. We have evaluated
and will continue to evaluate existing and new Internet
services to provide our customers with proven options.
infraHOST is a privately held company in the State of
Pennsylvania and does NOT rely on Venture Capitalist Funding
to provide our customers with managed Internet services.
Because of this we retain all decision making capabilities
and manage our growth at a profitable rate. What this means
for our customers is that we will never compromise the
integrity of our personal relationships and that we are
fiscally sound. Most importantly we are committed to
developing trust with each one of our customers
individually.

What is the company's service strategy?
Even though we
may have seen a service issue multiple times, when a
customer calls with a problem, it is most likely their first
time. Our service department strives to maintain the idea
that the customer on the phone is the most important thing
and we must resolve their problems immediately. When a
service request comes in, the first five minutes are for
gathering information and seeing if this is an actual
problem or something on the customers end. After that point
we work to diagnose the problem, the cause and find a
solution that satisfies all parties involved. Through out
this process we make sure that the customer is aware of the
status of their problem and given an estimate on when a
solution will be found. |

There has been an increase in demand for backup and disaster recovery services over the 3 months. Does
infraHOST provide these services?
infraHOST has always had the thought process that data
should never be lost. It can be deleted, moved, copied and
created but never lost! From the first day we have
provided services for backup and data recovery. Today with
the low cost of storage, backup is cheap! Our philosophy on
recovery has been that any data can be recovered for a cost,
and if the backup methodologies were followed recovery is as
simple as restoring from a backup.

How do you rate the company's performance in 2001 and how do you see the company performing in 2002?
Our performance
was below expectations for the 2001 yeah but with the
current state of affairs, it is a difficult year for all
companies. In 2002 we see extensive growth in the customer
base and expanding the services that current customers are
using.
