C I Host provides a broad range of Web hosting services, from shared hosing, in which several clients have their data on the same server, to high end, dedicated, managed hosting, in which the client has one server for exclusive use. We also have two boxed products, e-Business in a Box and e-Memories on the Web. 

e-Business in a Box is a turn-key web hosting product for small and medium sized businesses. It has everything you need to get your online business presence up and running. e-Memories on the Web is a new product that allows individuals and companies to have digital photo albums or movie albums on a Web site. This product has features that will let you do just about anything you could want to with your photos or movies - arrange them, comment on them, set up different graphic environments for them.

In addition, we have one of the most robust, transparent and profitable reseller programs in the industry. We started it in 1996 and it has grown tremendously since then. Web hosting is a very capital-intensive business. Becoming a C I Host reseller is perfect for ISP providers and other because we are financially sound and have already made all those investments. We have several levels of reselling, depending upon the company's involvement. They can offer their clients all of our web-hosting and back end service and sell it as their own. 

We also offer the services of our call center and IT department to our customers so they can provide their clients with our top quality customer service and technical support transparently. 

We have built-in safeguards to protect our clients from downtime or hacker attacks or Denial of Service attempts. At all four of our centers we have diesel powered generators, multiple points of entry for fiber, electricity and generator inputs, and a connectivity capacity-load ratio of 3:1.

C I Host recently added a retail division, and is selling its services and products at its own retail store in the Dallas Galleria, and through a private label partnership with CompUSA. C I Host has facilities in Texas, Los Angeles, Chicago and Baltimore and will open additional centers in London, Germany, Japan and India by the end of 2003.
