• These guys are super. I have been working on setting up an asp/sql site that I inherited and for which I had very limited documentation; mds has cheerfully walked me through all the setup and transfer issues that I encountered. Support has been prompt and thorough, no matter what time of day. The control panel makes managing the site very easy, and I've had no problems with either the site or the database being slow.

This place is wonderful! We have been through two other hosts just recently, one that we were with for almost two years, suffering their incompetence because they were industry specific for us and were susposedly giving us more exposure for our web-site. All the exposure in the world doesn't help, if your site isn't available because the servers are down.

Then we went to another company and were there for just under 30 days, because their servers went down at least 5 times (that we know of)The last one for a complete weekend. We're still waiting for our money back from their " 30 day satisfaction guarantee".

We have had none of the trouble previously encountered with the other "hosts" (term used loosely), since switching to MDS-Corp.com been here 2 weeks almost and not down once, yet).

The Technical support stayed on-line with us for 2 hours on a chat program one night (after 8pm) to get all of our questions answered before we switched. We wern't expecting that kind of service, but it was wonderful to have after the last two companies deplorable practices. These guys answer all questions promptly and efficiently, and they actually know what they're talking about!


For a business that relies solely on the income of it's website, having a host that is truly reliable 24/7, and/or available and willing to fix problems, is immeasurable to our survival. They are the lifeblood.
